Join a moderately paces class that  aims to build strength, flexibility, focus and intensity. A faster paced class linking breath to movement.

STEADY FLOW

This class holds poses for longer at a steadier pace. Goals of this class are to increase mind to body awareness, promote stress relief and enjoying poses for a longer amount of time. Great for all levels.
